Hostess/Host:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is key to creating a welcoming, organized, and polished dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat members and guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations and wait lists.
- Coordinate table flow with servers and management.
- Answer phones and assist with member inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand.
Qualifications:
- Previous host or hospitality experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Member-focused, service-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
